Straight out of the box, this AEG is built for performance inside and out. Polymer upper and lower receivers make for a lightweight weapon system that is still highly durable and able to weather the most intense scenarios that you may encounter on the battlefield. The CNC machined aluminum handguard has three short Picatinny rail sections, one on either side of the handguard and one on the bottom. These rails provide ample space to add accessories like flashlights, lasers, and foregrips to the weapon that will improve your tactical efficiency. On top of the receiver and handguard, front and rear flip-up sights come standard on the monolithic Picatinny top rail. But if you prefer to use a rifle scope or red dot sight, there is enough rail space to mount any sight or optic you may choose. The polymer Crane stock has an easy access battery compartment that can accommodate up to a 9.6V NiMH nunchuck battery. The length of pull is also fully adjustable to six positions, so you can modify the overall length of the weapon to suit your needs as the situation dictates. A full metal Version 2 gearbox is housed inside the polymer receivers, and comes standard with many upgraded parts. These upgrades include ported aluminum cylinder head, a polycarbonate piston with steel teeth, and polycarbonate ported piston head. An original torque steel gear set makes this rifle capable of operating at full power for long periods of time without damaging the internals or causing a game-ending malfunction. Add a 300mm precision inner barrel to the equation, and the Lancer Tactical MMC M4 AEG boasts a maximum effective range that pushes out well past the 150 foot mark. Color: BLACK Battery Charger Recommendation: Lancer Tactical recommends the use of a smart charger to avoid overcharging the battery (overcharged batteries may cause decreased airsoft gun performance and may shorten battery life significantly). Smart chargers not only shorten charge time significantly (up to 800% faster charging), but more importantly, also automatically shut off once the battery is fully charged to avoid overcharged batteries.
